At Social-Work we want to offer our students not only a good understanding of social work abroad, but also the local culture and history. To achieve this we offer a variety of both indoor social activities and outdoor travel.
We also have curriculum-related trips, where students are asked to complete certain tasks that require them to use their skills. Examples of curriculum-related outings are, for example, to the bank or the local supermarket.
School activities we have include:
o Walking and cycling programs in collaboration with local partners.
o Book fairs
o Classrooms eat cooking classes
o Bazaar
o Holiday Themed Parties
o Culture workshops demonstrations and lessons.
Trips & Excursions:
Outside trips we offer include:
Weekly excursions to famous sites in and around the city/region. All excursions and tours are organized by a trusted and inexpensive local tour operator and all excursions are accompanied by an expert guide and driver as appropriate.
Our aim is to provide our students with opportunities to visit well-known and lesser-known cultural and historical sites in the destination to enhance their stay and use their language skills.
